Thursday was REACH Senior Day at Chick-fil-A. Seventy two REACH Senior Scholars, representing over 20 Georgia school systems, gathered to celebrate their upcoming high school graduation. The Scholars had the opportunity to hear from a panel of experts regarding the opportunities and Thursday was REACH Senior Day at Chick-fil-A. Seventy two REACH Senior Scholars, representing over 20 Georgia school systems, gathered to celebrate their upcoming high school graduation. The Scholars had the opportunity to hear from a panel of experts regarding the opportunities and challenges they might experience as they transition from high school to postsecondary institutions. A highlight of the day was the third annual presentation of the senior graduation cords to signify their status as a REACH Scholar. Special guests included Georgia’s First Lady Marty Kemp, REACHFoundation Board Chair Anne Kaiser, and GSFC Board Chair Dr. Sarah Beck Hawthorne. The event was hosted by Chick-fil-A
at its corporate headquarters and was presented by Synovus.
